Stock hosts now fail startup when HTTP, HTTPS or StreamBus cannot bind, and close sibling servers on a serve failure. Browser WebTransport gets HTTP/3 ALPN, a P-256 development certificate and the mux's origin policy.
Native/WASM builds and host test compilation pass. An independent generated adopter confirms StreamBus on Chromium/Firefox over HTTP and HTTPS, WebKit fallback, WebSocket on all three engines and refusal of each occupied port. Local test suites were not executed.
