For over ten years, I've rolled out production systems across every layer of the stack—instrumenting services, designing resilient infrastructure, and making sure the right signals reach the right people at the right time. Honestly, the real magic is in closing the gap between what developers see and what's actually happening out in the wild.

• Observability architecture — designing telemetry pipelines that actually make sense for real teams, from metrics to traces; building OTel Collectors; shaping SLOs and error budgets people can rely on (not just paperwork for compliance).
• AI-augmented operations — connecting AI magic to real engineering tools, with smart alerting and anomaly detection that actually helps instead of adding noise.
• Platform engineering — building cloud-native platforms that scale, automating infrastructure with Terraform, and creating alerting strategies that cut through the noise (because no one needs more pager fatigue).
• Cross-stack delivery — happy to own a project end-to-end, whether it's Python, .NET, Go, or whatever connects the dots in between.
• Enabling teams — weaving observability right into the SDLC, and building dashboards and runbooks that make it easy for dev teams to own their reliability (and actually sleep at night).
