Changes
Require Python 3.11 or newer for future releases.
Raise the package minimum and keep the CI matrix on Python 3.11 through 3.14. Remove the now-unused PERF203 suppression identified by Ruff with the new Python target and document the support change.
Validation
just lintandjust typingpassed on Python 3.11. Configuration tests: 13 passed, 1 skipped. The full local suite exceeded the eight-minute execution limit without reporting an assertion failure before termination; full integration coverage remains for CI.
