Require Python 3.11 or newer for future releases.
Raise the package minimum, remove Python 3.10 from CI, regenerate the existing lockfile, and document the support change.
Validation
just lintandjust typingpassed on Python 3.11. Tests: 13 passed, 28 skipped because Julia is unavailable locally. Source and wheel builds passed; Julia integration coverage remains for CI.Built wheel metadata was checked for
