…he public kit The public evidence page linked to a 2026-10-05 packet that no longer exists (both links 404) and told readers to run private runner scripts. - Evidence points at 2026-10-08-eight-case (run aaif-e1217327a-20261008), states its five scenario results as the packet records them, and gives the three offline check commands from the packet README. - "Run it yourself" uses the public reproduce kit instead of private paths. - The remote-authority gap now matches the packet: not applicable to the current path, gateway branch not run live. - Drops "receipts are private": the packet discloses 15 envelopes.
