Drop compatibility and allowed-tools fields from the compact YAML skill entries, and render multi-line descriptions as YAML literal block scalars (dropping blank lines) so each entry stays together.

Follows #222
Summary
PR #222 replaced the verbose XML skill blocks with compact YAML entries, but the entries still carried
compatibilityandallowed-toolsfields beyond the intended name, description, and location. This PR drops those extra fields (they're still validated and stored, just no longer shown in the listing) and renders multi-line descriptions as YAML literal block scalars so each entry stays together:Blank lines within descriptions are dropped to keep the listing compact.
btw_skill_prompt()docs, man page, tests, and the multiline-description test are updated to match.
