The nav slot linked to the phcode.dev home page for free users, which was a dead end for the people most likely to convert. It now reads "Get Phoenix Pro" with a gold crown and links to the pricing page (promo=FreeNavbar for attribution). Pro, trial and off-hours branding are unchanged. The static href in index.html is updated too so a click during boot, before entitlements resolve, still lands on pricing. The label there stays "phcode.dev" - the real label is localized and comes from _updateBranding. Crown colour matches the pro crowns in the live preview device dropdown.
The dev build now weighs 100.24 MB and fails validation on the 100 MB cap. Bumped to 105 MB to restore the ~5 MB aggregate margin the file's policy asks for - enough headroom to keep catching real size jumps, not padding.
