Validation: opencode /oc smoke test — add a get_full_address helper #369

Description

@paruff

Purpose

This issue exists solely to validate that the new opencode GitHub Action (added in #355) actually works end-to-end on this repo now that secrets are configured — not real product work. Safe to close once validated regardless of outcome.

What's needed

Add a small, genuinely useful utility: a get_full_address(property) helper that formats a property's address fields (street, city, state, zip — check the actual Property model in core/models.py for exact field names) into a single display string, e.g. "123 Main St, Dallas, TX 75201". Handle the case where any field is blank/None gracefully (skip it rather than printing "None").

Add it wherever this repo's existing address-formatting/display helpers live (check core/utils.py or similar first — reuse the pattern already established there rather than inventing a new location).

Acceptance criteria

  • A test exists that covers: all fields present, and at least one field missing/blank.
  • pytest passes on the new test.

Recommended model

Free tier default (/oc) is fine — this is a small, well-scoped, single-function addition.
