• add exact-package, OEM-aware reversible debloat controls backed by Android Device Owner APIs
• default notification management to on while protecting Android, emergency, launcher, wallpaper, management, and OpenPanel services
• report device model, OEM, Android version, RAM, storage, capability, and tracked policy state
• preserve/restore wallpaper packages and add documentation for supported management modes
