Summary

configure Git user.name and user.email from Docker environment settings during server and agent image builds
pass the identity through the in-app and manual agent image build paths
document configuration and add parity coverage

Validation

npm test -- test/agent-image-build-args-parity.test.ts test/docker-compose-env-parity.test.ts
npm run typecheck
npm run lint
npm run format:check
