Fix test-report job: add missing checkout step - #39

dorny/test-reporter needs a git repository to create check runs. The test-report job was missing a checkout step, causing a "fatal: not a git repository" error.
v1 targets deprecated Node.js 20 and fails silently on large repos.
dorny/test-reporter runs git ls-files on the full repo which times out with tens of thousands of generated files. mikepenz/action-junit-report reads test XML directly without scanning the git tree. Also moves test reporting into the build job, eliminating the separate test-report job.
