Bump wrangler, playwright, hono, zod, jose, agents, workers-oauth-provider and the rest to their latest releases. Held back on purpose: vitest and @vitest/snapshot stay on 4.x because @cloudflare/vitest-pool-workers 0.22 (latest) peers ^4.1. typescript stays on 6.x because 7.0 fails the typecheck on Hono handler types. agents 0.24 pins @modelcontextprotocol/sdk 1.30.0 and requires @modelcontextprotocol/client and server 2.0.0 as peers, so those are added at those versions.
