chore(deps): relock campus-python for the grants resource (#52) - #53

poetry lock --regenerate re-resolves the floating branch pins: campus-api-python main -> 89df17e (#107: campus.auth.grants), campus-suite weekly -> ce58560f. Without this, `campus grant *` crashes on fresh installs with AttributeError (no grants attribute). Verified in the worktree: the locked SDK exposes AuthRoot.grants, full suite 211 passed.
