Add
notte functions configure --sharedand--shared=falseto enable or disable an existing function's public code/fork link. Omitted flags preserve the current setting.Regenerate API bindings and flags. All Go race tests pass, including exact PATCH-body checks for true, false and omission. The generated-code CI check needs the API to serve the new field before merge.
