Add a standalone privacy policy for the VisBug2 browser extension. Document local page processing, stored display preferences, browser permission usage, data retention, GitHub Pages hosting, and Chrome Web Store Limited Use compliance. Link the policy and source repository from the demo footer and add matching footer styles.
