Place a white 2 inside the existing black logo badge and move the badge above the color mark so it remains legible on light and dark backgrounds. Refresh the web, browser extension, and macOS raster assets at their required sizes while preserving the original legacy icon.
Use the published release tag as the build-time version and synchronize it into package.json, package-lock.json, and extension manifests before packaging. Create separate Chrome, Edge, and Firefox archives with browser-specific manifests, and build an unsigned Safari container app on a macOS runner. Upload all four versioned ZIP files directly to the GitHub release. Replace Unix-only extension copy and version commands with cross-platform Node scripts, prevent generated artifacts from entering the Safari bundle, and document the release process. Include a disabled commit-back block for optionally persisting release versions later.
