Aliases per project, per folder - Custom language definition, custom commands and functions (new language?)

Main aliases are located in the src/aliases - control from the repo owneres, base Nexss Programmer.

User will be able to modify/add aliases in

• Current project folder (NEXSS_PROJECT_PATH)
• in the current folder he is in: (process.cwd())
