getMyFolders(int limit) now reads from GET /v3/files/folders/home/list since the endpoint it used was retired by NDEx (ndexbio/ndex-rest#163); same signature and return type, but it returns your
top-level folders most-recently-modified-first rather than every folder at any depth, and gracefully degrades to leave creationTime unset against servers older than 3.0.7.
