tinyproxy is easy to deploy: it is just the binary itself named tinyproxy , and the tinyproxy.conf file say as

 /usr/local/etc/tinyproxy/tinyproxy.conf

tinyproxy will tell you upon launch with sudo tinyproxy -d where it looks for the conf file if none is present.
