The customer docs are now console-first (no CLI or SDK is published). The example spec files in this repo still use a format the console rejects: workload.kind, source.type / source.ref, containerPort, visibility, suppliedBy. The current shape is source: { image: … } (component-1.4.0 schema).
Please migrate each example's component.yaml / blueprint.yaml to the current specs, and replace musher-apply.sh and the MUSHER_API_KEY / MUSHER_ORG_ID instructions with the console flow: create the component from YAML, create the blueprint, deploy. docs.musher.dev /getting-started/examples currently warns that the specs are outdated.
