Extract the shared node model and constructors into untyped_cst/node, re-export compatibility APIs, and migrate parser construction to dedicated helpers. Preserve source order, trivia, recovery children, and spans across expressions, patterns, declarations, and multiline syntax. Add documentation, snapshots, and regression coverage.
