Cloudflare Pages reads
.ruby-versionand installs that Ruby instead of the one in the build image. The file pinned3.3, so every deploy compiled Ruby 3.3.10 from source, which is end of life since March 2026, and most of the four minute build went into that compilation. Pinning 3.4.4 uses the version the image already ships.Move
