The new look replaced the dark theme colours and dropped the dark logo. Restore the original dark palette, add a hero background colour it needs, and swap the logo back per theme. Fix link hover, hero accent and card shadows so they stay readable on the dark background.
The dark theme link hover rule had a higher specificity than the nav button hover, so it recoloured the button text to the same coral as its hover background. Move the hover colour into a variable so component rules apply again; footer and breadcrumb hovers follow from it.
The brand box clips the logo with a border radius, and its background was hardcoded to the light logo's colour, showing pale wedges at the corners in dark mode. Drive the background from a variable that matches each logo's own background.
