Summary

• publish the third-party OpenMOSS MOSS-Transcribe-Diarize AutoModel integration through the next PyPI package
• document both local Transformers and existing vLLM server paths in all four top-level READMEs
• carry the current llama.cpp v0.2.5 nine-platform runtime into the GitHub Release
• bump the package and release contracts to 1.4.7

Verification

• 56 release, package, MOSS adapter, and documentation tests passed
• wheel and sdist built from exact head a56252deb9a09326a77e89f9dd2f86b5c045f26c
• wheel metadata/version and MOSS adapter contents inspected; no credential/config paths found
• installed-wheel smoke: version 1.4.7, vLLM client construction, transcript normalization, timestamps, and S01/S02 labels passed
• the host emits known unrelated NumPy 2.3.5 vs SciPy/scikit-learn ABI warnings during top-level package import; MOSS smoke itself exits successfully

Release boundary

MOSS-Transcribe-Diarize is owned and licensed by OpenMOSS. Its diarization labels are anonymous speaker IDs, not named speaker identity recognition. This release does not claim the open AMD Windows llama.cpp report is fixed.
