feat: Add GitHub Copilot CLI support with profiles - #4

Add a --for copilot target that manages personal skills in ~/.copilot/skills by moving them to .disabled/. The shared ~/.agents/skills root used by Codex and Amp is left untouched. Copilot profiles are stored in ~/.copilot/skillctl/profiles.json and validate every move before changing any folder. Profile logic shared with Codex now lives in src/skill-profiles.ts. --for copilot, which manages GitHub Copilot CLI personal skills in~/.copilot/skills/. List, search, status, disable/enable (including glob) and the fullprofilecommand set all work with it.CopilotAdapter(src/adapters/copilot.ts). Disabling a skill moves its folder to~/.copilot/skills/.disabled/, like the other directory-based adapters.~/.copilot/skillctl/profiles.json. Copilot CLI now supports Agent Skills, so it loads every installed skill into each session the same way Claude Code and Codex do. Managing it uses the same commands as the other targets.

~/.agents/skills/, but Codex and Amp share that folder, and moving a skill out of it would disable the skill for them too. This adapter doesn't scan or touch that folder, so Copilot status counts include only~/.copilot/skills/..github/skills) and plugin skills are not managed.
