[Feature] Debugger endpoint connection retries indefinitely when the target is unavailable #2913
DebuggerEndpointHelper.retryGetWSEndpoint accepts an attemptNumber parameter, but the value is never decremented after a failed connection attempt.
When attemptNumber is greater than zero and the debugger endpoint remains unavailable, the retry loop continues indefinitely unless the operation is explicitly cancelled.
Expected behavior
The helper should stop retrying after the configured number of retry attempts has been exhausted and throw a CouldNotConnectToDebugTarget error.
For example, when attemptNumber is 1, the helper should:
Attempt to retrieve the WebSocket endpoint.
Wait and retry once if the first attempt fails.
Throw an error if the second attempt also fails.
Actual behavior
The helper retries every 700 ms indefinitely because attemptNumber is never decremented.
