[Feature] Add unit tests for DebugScenarioNameGenerator #2907

Summary

Add unit test coverage for DebugScenarioNameGenerator.createScenarioName.

Background

DebugScenarioNameGenerator builds display names for several React Native debugging scenarios, including:

• Running an application
• Attaching to the packager
• Direct debugging with Hermes
• Expo debugging
• Experimental configurations

The generated names depend on multiple parameters, but this behavior currently has no dedicated unit tests. A regression in the string-building logic could result in incorrect or inconsistent names in generated debug configurations.

Proposed Tests

Add focused unit tests covering representative scenarios:

• React Native Android run: Run Android
• React Native attach: Attach to packager
• Direct iOS debugging with Hermes: Debug iOS Hermes
• Experimental Expo Android run: Run in Exponent Android - Experimental

Scope

This change should only add unit tests. No production behavior or public API changes are required.
