Adds an optional ConverterInitializer that discovers registry-backed converters and registers those constructible with default arguments. When adversarial_chat is available, it also registers converters whose only required arguments are target references. Updates the default example configuration and documentation, with unit coverage for eligibility, naming, discovery, and failure isolation.

Define an intentional catalog of converter presets with explicit target dependencies and parameter values.
