   As a troubleshooting step, please sign out of your current account, open a new InPrivate/Incognito window, navigate to the enrollment page, and sign in using an MSA account before attempting to enroll again.

   If you continue to encounter the same error, please provide the following details so we can investigate further and help unblock you:

   • A screenshot of the error message
   • A HAR file capturing the issue
   • The email address of the account you are using for enrollment

   Steps to capture a HAR file in Microsoft Edge

   • Open Microsoft Edge.
   • Press F12 (or Ctrl + Shift + I) to open Developer Tools.
   • Select the Network tab.
   • Enable Preserve log.
   • Click the Clear button to remove existing network entries.
   • Reproduce the issue:
   • Open the Edge Add-ons enrollment page.
   • Sign in with your account.
   • Perform the steps that lead to the error.
   • Once the error appears, go back to the Network tab.
   • Click the Export HAR button (download icon) or right-click anywhere in the network log and select Save all as HAR with content.
   • Save the .har file and share it with us for investigation.

   Hello,

   I am experiencing the same issue.

   I reproduced it again in a completely new Microsoft Edge InPrivate session,
   following the suggested procedure.

   The address validation succeeds and returns Verified, but the final
   Microsoft Edge Add-ons enrollment request fails with:

   HTTP 400
   code: SessionValidationFailed
   isRetryable: false

   Reference number:
   715-123225

   Correlation ID for the HAR capture:
   f6052307-fdd5-441c-a1c6-53349ae20f0d

   The failing endpoint is:
   /api/developer/enroll/msedgeaddons

   The enrollment request contains an
   X-ENROLLMENT-SESSION-VALIDATION-ID header, and the same session ID is
   used by the session/device validation requests.

   I have captured the requested HAR file.
