Fix the completion UI #19

This is mostly done at this point with notification of successful saves, but we could be well served by some verification and maybe a dirty / saved indicator on all pages in the UI on all pages where data can be submitted.

Right now, when we complete a task, there's little feedback. It likely ought to return to the home page for most tasks and for those where that's not appropriate, we should make it clear that the information has been saved.
