All strings must be properly internationalized

All strings must be properly internationalized using either the Rails I18n API or React I18Next (for the back end and front end, respectively). All strings must be replaced with keys in the appropriate localization files (in config/locales).

Also, missing keys must be added to the Spanish and Korean translation files. Keys that are no longer used should be removed.
