The Pocket V3 is sold only as a cased device, so the bare RAK4631 board image misrepresents it. Requires meshtastic/web-flasher#459, which adds the image (merged).

The RAK WisMesh Pocket V3 is sold only as a cased device, but its
deviceHardwareentry listed the bare RAK4631 board image, so the flasher shows a bare board. This pointsimagesatrak_wismesh_pocket.svg, the mint case image added in meshtastic/web-flasher#459 (merged). The flasher picks it up on its next hardware-list sync.meshtastic/firmware#12202 makes the matching change to
custom_meshtastic_images.Checked locally:
pnpm validate, pnpm typecheckandpnpm test(62 passed), and the rebuiltdeviceHardwaredata lists the new image forrak_wismesh_pocket.
