Fix the Wio Tracker L2 Pro target and activate it and the WisMesh Pocket V3 - #150
Conversation
…ket V3 Points the L2 Pro at its firmware env, seeed_wio_tracker_L2, and adds hasMui so the flasher installs the -tft build, the only one firmware releases. Marks the L2 Pro and the WisMesh Pocket V3 as actively supported.

Firmware releases only seeed_wio_tracker_L2-tft for this board. With the base env as the target, unticking Meshtastic UI in the flasher requested an artifact that does not exist. The Crowpanel entries use their -tft targets for the same reason.
Fixes the Seeed Wio Tracker L2 Pro entry (hwModel 137) and marks it and the RAK WisMesh Pocket V3 as actively supported.
The L2 Pro's
platformioTargetwasseeed-wio-tracker-l2, which matches no firmware env and no release artifact, so the flasher had nothing to fetch for it. It now usesseeed_wio_tracker_L2-tft.Firmware releases only the
seeed_wio_tracker_L2-tftbuild for this board; the baseseeed_wio_tracker_L2env isboard_level = extraand is not in the 2.8.1 release. The flasher builds the artifact name fromplatformioTargetand skips adding-tftwhen the target already ends in it (components/targets/Esp32.vuein web-flasher). Using the base env name would have requested a nonexistent artifact whenever Meshtastic UI was unticked. With the-tfttarget, both states requestfirmware-seeed_wio_tracker_L2-tft-*.bin. This is the same arrangement as the three Crowpanel entries, whose only released builds are also-tft.hasMui: trueis set, as on the Crowpanel entries.requiresDfu,supportLevel: 1, andpartitionScheme: "16MB"already match the firmware variant (custom_meshtastic_requires_dfu = true,custom_meshtastic_support_level = 1,default_16MB.csv). The image staysseeed_wio_tracker_l2.svg, which is the file the flasher serves. The WisMesh Pocket V3 (
rak_wismesh_pocket) is aboard_level = releaseenv in the 2.8.1 release, and only changes toactivelySupported: true. The L2 Pro's msh.to link targets the old
platformioTarget, so meshtastic/msh.to#29 updates it. That PR should merge after this one deploys, because its lint checks targets against the live device list.Verification
