feat(ui): Add new room search prototype, half-working UI

Description

Added a search modal popup when in floor plan view, that allows the user to search by room numbers. You need to have dudeMap.json locally in order to test all of this.

Changed Files

• constants.dart: Added new room search UI color constant types
• map_screen.dart: Added new function, _showSearchRoomsSheet() to show room search sheet, which is called when the corresponding buttons are pressed.
• floorplan_overlay_widget.dart: Stores a callback to the show room search sheet function locally, which is then called by the search bars. Modified the search bar in the floor selector view to match the search bar when in map view for consistency.
• Added search_rooms.dart: Implements the room search UI thus far, including search logic. It also contains a helper static class and variable for the selectable cards in the search view.
