chore: file agent feedback on references across Marko files - #605

References and rename asked from a Marko file miss closed Marko files that nothing open imports, since the TypeScript program holds only the config's .ts files, the open documents and their imports. getConfig returns undefined when the client cannot answer a configuration request, which makes completion throw.
