Updates to prettier-plugin-marko 4.1.3, @marko/compiler 5.42.8 and htmljs-parser 5.17.1. Formatting now keeps the comments inside an open tag, which it deleted before, and no longer doubles the backslashes in text; a new VS Code format test covers the comments. The compiler now reports an invalid attribute method parameter as a compile error instead of crashing without a location, so the attr-syntax-error fixture also lists the compiler's diagnostics.

prettier-plugin-marko 4.1.3 keeps the comments inside an open tag, which
formatting deleted before, and stops doubling backslashes in text; the new
format test covers the comments. @marko/compiler 5.42.8 reports an invalid
attribute method parameter as a compile error instead of crashing, so the
attr-syntax-error fixture now also lists the compiler's diagnostics.
