Add yt-dlp livestream progress support - #91

Parse and report livestream progress with elapsed time and optional fragment information. Add live-progress handling without ETA or completion status, and bump the project version to 4.3.0.
Add a console menu option and routing for livestream downloads. Configure yt-dlp for live-from-start downloads with FFmpeg, metadata, thumbnails, concurrent fragments, and progress reporting. Save downloads to `./livestreams` and report completion status.
