Summary of Changes

This PR updates the CV configuration (src/config/cv.json) to reflect recent experience in data engineering, pipeline orchestration, statistical modeling, machine learning, and custom cloud-native data platform architecture:

1. Current Role Highlights & Summary (Ohalo Genetics):

   • Highlight: "Lead the design and development of Ohalo’s custom GCP data platform, integrating event-driven ETL/ELT pipelines, operational APIs, and analytical warehousing (BigQuery) to support breeding and gene editing programs"
   • Summary: "Leading the architecture and implementation of Ohalo’s custom cloud-native genomics data platform on Google Cloud, integrating event-driven pipelines, operational services, and scalable analytical warehousing to support breeding, gene editing, and IP strategy..."
   • Signals custom-built production platform engineering (avoiding any ambiguity with off-the-shelf platforms or ad-hoc scripts) using natural engineering concepts rather than dry database acronyms.

2. Intro / Summary (cvData.basics.summary):

   • Highlights 10+ years of building scalable data platforms, distributed pipelines, modern data stacks (Airflow, dbt), ETL/ELT pipelines, and probabilistic modeling & statistics (both Bayesian and frequentist).
   • Carefully calibrated to "Experienced in..." rather than overstating with "Expert in...".

3. Skills Section Overhaul (cvData.skills):

   • Data Engineering & Analytics: Elevated high-priority data stack keywords (Apache Airflow, dbt, SQL, Python, PySpark, Polars, Pandas) and updated ETL Pipelines to ETL/ELT Pipelines alongside Data Modeling & Warehousing.
   • Statistical Modeling & ML: Introduced a dedicated category featuring Probabilistic Modeling, Bayesian Inference, Frequentist Statistics, Machine Learning, Statistical Analysis, and Predictive Modeling.
   • Cloud & Distributed Infrastructure: Streamlined redundant low-level primitives (Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Compute Engine, Cloud Scheduler, Workflows) into high-level platform competencies: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Vertex AI, Docker, Serverless Architecture, and Event-Driven Architecture.
   • Software Engineering & Architecture: Refined to core design concepts (System Architecture, API Design & Development, Domain-Driven Design, Test-Driven Development, Microservices).
   • Genomics & Computational Biology: Condensed redundant biological sub-terms into high-impact genomics competencies (Genome Assembly & Scaffolding, Pan-genomics, Structural Variation, Variant Discovery & Genotyping, NGS Analysis, Comparative Genomics).
   • Leadership & Communication: Removed project tracking tools (Jira, Miro, Notion, Adobe Illustrator) in favor of leadership impact (Technical Leadership, Cross-Functional Team Management, Mentorship, Technical Strategy & Architecture, Agile Collaboration, Technical Writing).

Verification

• Validated full static build via yarn build without issues.
• Executed route validation suite (bash scripts/validate-routes.sh) ensuring all routes and sitemaps match expected structure.
• Verified that existing project entries (including Arkadia) and publication links remain intact.
