Summary
Replaces the decorative JRPG IT employee beside the koan with an aria-hidden, pixel-crisp 16×32 traditional Guru sprite. The Guru has a restrained halo/robe treatment and gently floats 1px up and down to reinforce the enlightenment theme of the unchanged subheader. Reduced-motion users receive a static ornament.
Fixes # — not applicable; owner-requested visual refinement.
Type of change
Validation
The passing pull-request CI ran static pre-commit checks (including Prettier and gitleaks) and
node --check makeitwork.cloud/sw.js. There is no visual CI or deployment preview; desktop/mobile rendering and reduced-motion behavior remain post-merge functional-verification checks.Impact and rollout
Self-contained in
makeitworkcloud/www: onlymakeitwork.cloud/index.htmlchanges. No producers, generated copies, PWA behavior, service worker, metadata, links, assets, or the onion site change. After an owner-approved merge, deploy.ymlautomatically syncs both site directories to S3 with delete semantics and purges Cloudflare. Rollback is a revert followed by the same automatic deployment.Safety and secrets
This change was materially produced by an AI agent under owner direction.
