Update the Cache Control add-on page version metadata for the 5.2 release.

Context
Cache Control 5.2 shipped configurable concurrent bulk purge requests (1–10), a configurable delay of up to 10 seconds between purge batches, clearer completion reporting for bulk purges, and improved handling when no supported cache solution is detected. The existing docs page already describes these settings, ranges, and defaults accurately, so only the version metadata needed updating.
