A NUL character in a string is its own error (`Error::Nul`), so the differential tests skip exactly that case; generated join aliases and value columns separate path segments with a character that cannot occur in an attribute name, so `principal["b.c"]` and `principal.b.c` no longer collide; the fixture gains a dotted attribute name, an empty entity type, an enum type and a same-type action, with partial-request tests for each.
