The 0x4141414141414141 sentinel is not a canonical pointer (bits <55:47> are
neither all-zero nor all-ones), so AddPAC() poisons it and any AUT* on such a
value fails. On arm64e/PAC targets the hijacked thread therefore takes
EXC_ARM_PAC_FAIL instead of reaching the sentinel, and the image is never
loaded. Use the canonical 0x0000000041414141, which is still inside
__PAGEZERO (unmapped, so it still traps on return).

Also raise the injected dlopen wait from 3s to 15s: slow first-launch binds
were timing out.

These are the upstream fixes for issues londek#40 and londek#39, carried on top of this
fork's exec-chmod retry. The helper binary must be rebuilt in the pinned
container (./helper/build.sh) and committed alongside; the Packages workflow
does that and uploads it.
