All stats use same distribution url

The CSVs for the Firefox HTTPS graph have been moved to use the same distribution as cert-daily-stats.tsv. The current-https-adoption.csv is now much smaller, including only necessary data in order to reduce graph load time. The CSV format is the same, chart is the same.

Hi @lenaunderwood22, the cors policy is blocking letsencrypt.org. Can you update the cors policy to remove the deploy preview URL and add letsencrypt.org? Then #2346 should properly restore the stats to the homepage. Thanks for getting the much-reduced tsv file!

Access to fetch at 'https://d1dfn7jg27m4cf.cloudfront.net/cert-daily-stats.tsv' from origin 'https://letsencrypt.org' has been blocked by CORS policy: The 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header has a value 'https://deploy-preview-2346--letsencrypt.netlify.app' that is not equal to the supplied origin. Have the server send the header with a valid value.
