Replace require_auth() with ensure_auth() that checks JWT expiry and transparently refreshes or re-authenticates. Update login command to handle expired sessions gracefully. Bump TOKEN_LIFETIME to 8h to match new Supabase JWT config. Version bump to 0.0.8-alpha.
