Two browser-change confirmation dialogs on macOS 27

Environment:

• macOS 27.0, build 26A428
• defaultbrowser 1.1, installed through Homebrew

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start with Google Chrome as the default browser.
2. Run /opt/homebrew/bin/defaultbrowser safari in Terminal.

Actual behavior:
Two macOS confirmation dialogs appear for a single invocation.

Expected behavior:
One confirmation to change the default browser.

This also happens when invoked through Apple Shortcuts, but reproduces
directly in Terminal, independently of the shortcut.

The source makes separate LSSetDefaultHandlerForURLScheme calls for
HTTP and HTTPS. Could these be responsible for the two dialogs, and
could a different API change the default browser with one confirmation?

I noticed this on macOS 27, and it never happened on 26 or older.
