fix(plugin): trim keboola-expert.md under the prompt budget

What was wrong

• main fails tests/test_agent_prompt.py::TestPilotAgentFile::test_agent_prompt_under_token_budget.
• plugins/kbagent/agents/keboola-expert.md was 70,144 bytes. The budget is 70,000 bytes.
• Two merges added text to the file: managed-repo data apps never get a workspace on first deploy #765 (data-app deploy --git-branch and the managed-repo git block backfill) and fix(sync): keep UI edits of adopted configs and encrypt secrets before the first push write #839 (sync adopted config files and encrypt-first push).
• Two open PRs (fix(storage): budget create-table/swap-tables job waits, add --timeout (#713) #720 and feat(project): accept a Storage token without the command line #728) add about 1,000 bytes more to the same file.

What changed

• The file is now 67,958 bytes. This leaves about 2,000 bytes for the open PRs. The budget is not changed.
• Only §3 inline gotchas are shortened. No rule, version gate or safety instruction is removed. The full text of each entry is already in gotchas.md, sync-workflow.md or data-app-workflow.md, so nothing is moved and nothing is duplicated.
• Managed-repo app with no WORKSPACE_ID: shortened to the fix and the --git-branch rule, with a pointer to data-app-workflow.md.
• Drifted sync tree: the no-baseline CONFLICT and ENCRYPTION_FAILED notes are shorter, with a pointer to sync-workflow.md. The 0.90.1 phantom-drift history is now one sentence tied to SYNC_LEGACY_BOUNDARY.
• Usage telemetry events: shortened to what the events are and how to turn them off.
• --project with a numeric project ID: removed the full list of alias options and the edge cases. gotchas.md keeps them.
• 401 error codes: shortened to the three codes that share exit 3.
• Flow triggers: removed the past-incident story.
• component detail storage catalog fallback: shortened to the examples_count rule.
