Release 0.93.0

Version bump + changelog for everything merged to main since v0.92.0. Draft until reviewed; the tag push after merge triggers the pipeline (PyPI + native binaries + GitHub Release rendered from the changelog).

In this release

• feat(telemetry): make kbagent usage visible in Keboola telemetry #731 feat(telemetry) — per-command usage telemetry (ext.keboola.cli. / .serve), env opt-out. Changelog bullet.
• fix(kai,docs,component): honor the "project use" pin when --project is omitted #700 fix — default-project commands honor the project use pin. Changelog bullet.
• feat(service): merge-request Layer 2 - lifecycle, derived status, conflict resolution (DMD-1899) #703 feat(service) — merge-request Layer 2 (DMD-1899): internal service layer, no Layer 1 commands yet, so no user-facing change and no changelog bullet.
• docs(plugin): retire version gates below the 0.80.0 floor in keboola-expert.md #724 docs(plugin) — retired version gates below the 0.80.0 floor. Docs only.
• chore(lint): upgrade ruff to >=0.16 and use its default rule set #739 chore(lint) — ruff 0.16. Tooling only.

What changed here

• pyproject.toml → 0.93.0, make version-sync (plugin.json, marketplace.json, uv.lock).
• One changelog entry covering the two user-facing changes.
• Every (since vNEXT) / vNEXT+ gate resolved to 0.93.0.
