Fleet rollout of the dotagents cloud package to Claude Code cloud (dotagents #436, plus #437's skill changes, which reach VMs through the package with no child change). Canonical:

The bootstrap gains--session-hook; CLOUD.md points at the harness-neutral package root~/.local/share/dotagents/package..claude/settings.json(new): the template's SessionStart hook. It runs the bootstrap only whenCLAUDE_CODE_REMOTE=trueand never fails the session. Indent matches this repo's.cursor/environment.json.AGENTS.md: appends the Cloud skills stanza fromskills/new-solly-repo/references/sibling-sources.md..cursor/environment.jsonandaws-oidc-login.shwere already synced and are unchanged.Verification
