Refresh the stable Cloud owner pointer, bootstrap and OIDC helper from merged dotagents canon a42afcb128159f8576fcc03a7411d946b82243c7. Existing environment configuration is preserved.
Validation: six applicable full-depth semantic review lenses clean; checkout fingerprint unchanged. Explicit full npm run gate passed, including smoke contract, tests, Astro types and build. Published tree 1a5efe690201889eb28fc40e1e0c293ba022db0f exactly matches the locally reviewed/gated tree. Fresh-VM canary passed in sandbox before this adoption. No UI changes; local browser verification N/A. Production deployment and exact-release smoke will be followed.
Baseline npm audit reports 43 findings (6 low, 14 moderate, 23 high); dependencies are unchanged. Two existing allow-scripts advisories were not expanded. These findings remain outside this narrow Cloud sync.
