Adopt shadcn-svelte controls and isolate demo benchmarks

The gallery's shared Sort control now uses generated shadcn-svelte NativeSelect components, preserving every sort mode and saved drag order. The ten framework comparison demos retain their original implementations.

Product and measurement routes build in separate entry graphs, then compose into the same deployed output. A build-time import guard prevents gallery controls from contaminating framework payloads. Benchmark data and methodology reflect the served artifacts; the existing AI scores are preserved.

Validation: full local gate; desktop/mobile browser checks for all nine sort modes, drag/reload persistence, and all ten checkbox demos with clean console; production-static/preview byte parity; counterfactual build without shared UI produces byte-identical measured JavaScript; independent benchmark critic and full ship review passed.
